1. How to sign up in the Pacific App?

Download the app from Google Play or the App Store, choose „Open free account” on the home screen and follow the instructions.

2. How long does it take to open an account?

Registering in Pacific will not take you more than a few minutes.

3. Is the Pacific account a bank account?

Yes, once your identity has been verified, your Pacific app account is a bank account maintained in partnership with Aion Bank based at Avenue de la Toison d’Or 26-28, 1050, Brussels, Belgium.

4. How to get a card?

You can order a Pacific Ocean or Pacific Sand card in the „Cards” tab that you can find in the app. To order a card you have to be a User with a verified account.

5. How can I verify my identity?

Prepare your ID card or passport. Select the „Verify identity …” button on the main screen of the app. Fill in all the required data and take photos of the document in accordance with the instructions. After a few minutes, you will be notified of the verification result. If you encounter a problem with the verification process, please email us at hello@pacific.org

6. How to send a transfer?

Press the „Send” button on the main screen of the app. Put the transfer amount and select „Domestic transfer” from the list. Fill in the remaining data: transfer title, recipient’s name and account number. Next confirm the transfer using the „Send” button.

7. How to send a request?

Find the “Request” button on the main screen of the app and use it. Put the amount, select the recipient from the list (or scan QR code) and add a note. Confirm the sending of the request with the „Request” button.

8. How do I respond to a request?

The requests appear in the chat history of the other person. If you get a request for funds from your friend, you will find it there. You can also react to the request from the chat, i.e. make a transfer or reject it.

9. How do I pay with the Pacific app abroad?

It’s easy! Go to the „Cards” tab on the main screen and order a Pacific Mastercard. Then top up your account and pay with a Pacific card abroad. You don’t have to wait for the physical card. You can connect your card to the phone (via Apple Pay or Google Pay) immediately after ordering the card.

10. How can I make savings with the Pacific app?

Using the Pacific card while on vacation, you are able to save up to 5% on each transaction without paying for currency conversions, which are very expensive in banks. In some Polish banks, commissions reach up to PLN 9 for each transaction, regardless of its amount!

11. How much more advantageous is it to use Pacific over other banks?

Most banks charge fees for card payments abroad. The commission is usually 3-6% of a single transaction, but there are banks that charge up to PLN 9 per transaction, regardless of its value. Can you imagine paying PLN 2 for water and PLN 9 for transaction commission? Neither are we.

12. How does the referral program work?

In the app, you can invite your friends by using your individual link. Each friend you invite goes to your affiliate network. When your friend receives cashback on their payment, you will get 10% of their cashback. You’ll also receive a fixed 10% commission on fees your friend made with Pacific, such as payments for the premium plan.

13. How does Pacific cashback work?

You get cashback when you shop with Pacific. For each purchase, you will receive a certain percentage of cashback depending on the seller. Cashback is paid out 30 days after the purchase.

14. Is my data safe?

We store and process your data in compliance with the highest banking security standards. You can be sure that your data is safe.

15. How much does it cost to use the Pacific app?

Using the Pacific application is free. We have additional premium services, the prices of which can be found in the „Pricing” tab.

16. How do I integrate my store with the Pacific application?

Log in to your business account in the Pacific application, go to the sales tab and generate an API key for BaseLinker. The instructions will be sent, together with the API key, to the e-mail address provided during registration.

17. Do I have to scan the phone screen with another phone to purchase a product from the QR code?

No, just take a screenshot of the screen with the QR code you are interested in and put it in the QR code scanner in the Pacific application.

18. Does Pacific process my personal data?

Yes. We have to do it to provide you with the highest quality of our services. You can find the rules for data processing in the privacy policy.
