1. I cannot access my account
If for any reason you are unable to access your account, please download the Pacific application again, select “I already have an account” and follow the on-screen instructions. If, after resetting your PIN, you have not been able to regain access to your account, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. I want to contact you or report a problem
If you want to contact Pacific support, select the gear on the wallet screen („Settings”), then go to the „Help” tab and create a new ticket describing the issue you need help with.
If you wish to contact us for purposes other than to obtain assistance, please email us at email@example.com
3. I want to open another account in the Pacific app
Currently, in the Pacific application you can have a maximum of one account on an individual account and two on a business account (current account + VAT account).
It is not possible to open more accounts at the moment.
